Lilijan Sulejmanović
FOUNDER
Lili is a dynamic strategist with 15 years of experience in management consulting, regulation and finance. Lili started her career at Bain & Co, the global strategy consultancy, advising senior executives on a range of business issues and across multiple industries. After Bain, Lili joined the Strategy team at Ofcom, the UK communication industries regulator, where she focused on media. Prior to founding Osvit, Lili was an investment professional at leading global private equity house, Apax Partners, in the Media and Retail & Consumer teams.
Lili holds BA and B.Phil from Oxford University and MBA from Harvard Business School where she was a Fulbright Scholar. Lili was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia Herzegovina, and retains close links to her home country.
The combination of our strategic thinking and corporate finance experience enables us to hone in quickly on the most important sources of value creation in any enterprise. We work with the senior leadership team to communicate its ambition for the business and help marshal the resources to fulfil it.
